Jungs Woman

What are the characteristics of the wild woman?

The Wild Woman is perhaps the most dynamic, nebulous, and incomplete archetype of all. Depending on which Jungian psychologist you ask, the Wild Woman is instinctive and born of nature, or she is highly sexual and perhaps even vindictive, or she is ambitious, driven, proactive and aloof.

What do you think of Jordan Trippeer’s quote describing the characters of the wild woman?

This is what my head does; when I first read this quote from a google search with no images to clarify if Jordan was a woman or a man, I immediately hated the quote if it was written by a man, I was much more open to the idea of loving the quote if Jordan turned out to be a woman. To be described as incomplete caught my attention, knowing Jung, the rest made sense but if Jordan is a man, it makes my blood a little hot.

She is a she and I loved finding a new Wild Woman to learn about and hopefully get to know one day. Jordan is a screenwriter with several productions that I can’t wait to check out but I digress.

Is there something wrong with me that I scoff at the possibility that a man could sum up some things that I know to be true? I live with a man who knows and loves my wild, honors my wild and lets me be yet to hear him describe a wild woman sounds foreign, characteristics not my own (and I probably won’t ask him ever again either).

Without the Masculine, could there be no Feminine?
